Website terms and privacy

Effective policy

Effective from 2026-10-25.

Website privacy notice

This page covers the Redstone Services website, operated by Redstone Services Limited in New Zealand. The site introduces our company and applications and provides contact details. It does not operate the Reason Along app or collect its learning records.

Using this website

You may read this site and share links for ordinary personal or business information. Its text, branding and artwork belong to Redstone Services Limited or their respective rights holders. Linking to the site does not give permission to present its content or branding as your own.

Do not interfere with the site, bypass its access controls or use it unlawfully. External websites have their own terms and privacy arrangements. A link does not imply endorsement by those organisations.

Product information

We aim to explain our products accurately. Reason Along’s confirmed launch offering is maths lessons for New Zealand Years 0–6. Years 7–10 are planned as later expansion and are not currently available. No delivery date, price or future subscription entitlement is promised. Pre-release descriptions do not mean it is already available. No release date, addition beyond that scope or particular learning outcome is promised here. App availability and purchase terms are identified separately. Contact us when something appears incorrect.

We may update or take down website content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website privacy notice

This section explains information handling when you visit this website or contact us through its listed details. It does not describe information stored inside the Reason Along app.

Hosting and traffic information

This website uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service for hosting. The hosting service processes information associated with delivering and operating the site. Sites automatically measures traffic, including page views and unique-visitor counts, without us adding an analytics package. We may use the reporting available to understand which pages are useful and maintain the site.

We do not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics SDKs, newsletter forms or a visitor account system. This does not mean a website visit involves no processing by the host.

Browser technologies and access

Our static page code does not set cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. Hosting and access-control technologies are separate. Their operation is governed by the arrangements applying to the hosting service; we do not describe the website as anonymous or cookie-free.

Enquiries

When you email us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and other contact information you choose to send. We use them to answer the question and address the issue. Our business mailboxes use Google Workspace, separately from the website. This site has no contact form or correspondence database.

Please do not send a child’s personal details or app session notes. A support email is separate from the app’s local information handling.

For business or website privacy enquiries, email contact@redstoneservices.nz.

Service providers and location

OpenAI provides website hosting. Google Workspace handles business email correspondence. These are separate services. We may also disclose information where required by law or with your permission. Read OpenAI’s Sites Terms and Sites Data Processing Addendum, and Google Workspace’s Terms and Cloud Data Processing Addendum for provider information.

Hosting records are handled under the applicable hosting arrangements; we do not promise a retention period we cannot verify or control.

Website and email processing locations depend on the provider arrangements; do not assume information is stored only in New Zealand. We review those arrangements and the information in this notice before public launch and when our services change.

Access, correction and concerns

You can ask about personal information we hold about you and request access or correction. Contact us using the email above or this website’s contact page. We may need to confirm your identity or authority. You may also raise a concern with New Zealand’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Changes

We will update this notice when our website’s information handling changes. The status and date at the top identify the version being presented.
